Categories of Products¶

Steps to follow in order to create categories, subcategories and to add products to the site:

Step 1. Create category¶

In section Products/Categories of Products access "New Category":

In order to add a new main category it is mandatory to complete "Name" and "Alias" manually or automatically completed.
In order to appear in the menu as the main category, you must select as Parent: "Main category"

Step 2. Create subcategory¶

In order to add subcategories to a product category, proceed as in step 1, with the difference that the parent will be set by choosing one of the main categories or existing subcategories..
