Manual Association¶

Manual association example:

• Step 1. To manually associate a reference, from the list of Suppliers References select the desired supplier, check "Association status: not associated" and from the list of returned references click on the desired reference.
• *Step 2.*By accessing the *"Associate now" * button, products from the site that may have a name, description or common code with reference will be searched.
  On the right side of the screen will be displayed all the products from the site that correspond to the search results by name, code and manufacturer for the respective reference.
• Step 3. Click on "Choose" for the adequate product.
• Step 4. Then click on "Update>>category" or "Update>>not associated" in order to display the next not associated product.

You will get a reference associated with a product from the site:

If there are no corresponding products in the site for references, we will have a choice between the 3 options described at pct. 4.2 from section "Suppliers References".
