SMS'¶

To view all SMS messages sent or received from customers, access Clients / SMS Messages:

To see all the messages from / to a particular client, enter the client ID in the "client ID" field and to see the discussions in the sms list in detail, click on "message ID"*.
To send a message to a phone number, in addition to the send option from Orders List (Orders / Order list / Order data, Order status section / Send SMS), you have the possibility to send SMS by clicking on "Send SMS" * in the upper right corner.
