Sale Promotions¶

To view the products on Sale Promotion, access "Marketing / Sale Promotions":

Sale promotions are products that cumulate the following price conditions (see how Preturi):

• they set a fixed price
• they have checked the "Cheap price" option
• have the "Only for stock" option checked

The "Sale Promotions" section is basically a shortcut that marks the products with a certain amount of time in stock (the amount of time specified in number of days, variable STOCK_DEPLETION_DAYS = 180), instead of manually ticking the 3 options, from Store / Price section.

To automatically add products with a certain amount of time in stock (180 days default value) on sale , click on "Add products":

To select the products to be added on sale promotions, follow the steps below:

• You filter the products by supplier, manufacturer, the amount of time in stock and / or price range
• Choose the type of discount calculation and fill in the value in one of the fields "Auto Price":
  • percentage discount
  • fixed discount in RON
  • set new mark up for buying price
• Set the selling price ( optional) adjustment range
• Click on "Display", to view the new prices calculated according to the above settings (see the column "New Price")
• You can now change the settings or directly edit the recalculated prices, making the changes next to each product
• Click on "Add products" to add on sale promotions
