How do I set up the regular ringtone instead of Music on hold¶

To replace the music on hold played in a queue during waiting periods you can:

1. Set a regular ringtone in queue instead of playing music on hold by activating the following parameter:¶

 QUEUE_PARAMS=rR (ring instead of playing MOH). See https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+13+Application_Queue

Access each queue for which you want to replace music on hold with the regular ringtone from PBX / Inbound routes / Edit route and fill in the parameter in the Variables field

2. Alternatively, you can request at support@while1.ro to replace music on hold at PBX level by overriding it with a ringtone for all PBX queues.¶
