From CRM / Contacts section you can manage various list of contacts/clients using the following options:

  • Import a .xls format file according to the template

  • Add manually contact details (click on New contact)
  • Search by various criteria

Contacts options

By clicking on the name of a contact in the list, the following options are available:

  • Add / view quick notes: Quick notes / Add a quick note

  • View Latest issues history associated with the contact
  • View Latest calls history of the contact
