Emails sent by PBX are not received¶
For easier use and to avoid getting emails into SPAM or being rejected by server, there are some options to be considered:
1. PBX IP Whitelist. Based on the email provider, click on link.¶
- Google G-Suite: https://support.google.com/a/answer/60751?hl=en
- Office 365: https://support.oneeach.com/article/295-whitelist-ip-for-office-365
2. Create an email account from which the emails will be sent. After the user has been created you will have to provide the credentials to support@while1.ro.¶
