Error when generating CDR report¶
If you need to export a report generated from Reports :: Call Detail Records and the page gives an error, you have the following options:
1) In case of a timeout error:¶
Access Reports - Activity log and apply the filter Has output file, then you can access the desired report.

(even when a timeout error is displayed, the report is generated in the background)
2) In case of other errors:¶
Select a shorter time interval for the desired report in the Reports :: Call Detail Records page or try exporting CSV instead of XLS.
