Managing the IP Whitelist by the PBX Admin¶

If the IPs from which the users are connected have changed since the last update in the interface or they are going to connect remotely / from dynamic IPs, it means that the respective IPs are not whitelisted, so connecting the phones to the PBX server is no longer possible. In this case, it is necessary to update the initial IPs permissions .
IP management can be done in several ways:
1. By manually updating the IP Whitelist¶
- Go to My Account :: IP confirmation, IP confirmation tab and make the necessary changes:

2. By granting IP confirmation rights to users (Settings :: Permissions :: Edit Group)¶
- Access Settings :: Permissions, click on View Groups, choose the desired Grroup and edit the permissions in the My Account :: IP confirmation area:

- Save by clicking Update Group
Repeat the operation for each group of users to whom you grant IP management rights.
Users who have received IP management permissions in My Account :: IP confirmation will be able to confirm their IP the first time they access the GUI, according to the guide.
3. By providing users with a temporary link, which allows the automatic confirmation of their IP in the PBX¶
To receive the link, please send a request to support@while1.ro.
Remote users will click on the link to automatically confirm / save their IP in the PBX GUI.
