1. Install the MicroSIP application¶

2. After installation, configure the application to be able to make and receive phone calls¶

3. Start the application and you will see the following screen¶

4. Please make sure you have the configuration data, Username and Password at hand.¶

5. If you have not received this data, please contact the person in charge of the PBX within your organization (the PBX admin)¶

6. Click and choose Add Account… as in the picture below¶

7. Fill in the data provided as in the image below¶

PLEASE NOTE! the data in the image are by way of example

PLEASE NOTE! Make sure the following option is checked: Allow IP Rewrite

8. After entering this information click Save at the bottom to continue.¶

Please make sure that the data has been filled in carefully, in uppercase and lowercase

9. In the next window you will receive confirmation of the successful configuration of the application¶

10. Congratulations, the configuration was successful!¶

You can now use the While1 Voice application to make and receive calls.
