Zoiper 5xx - add account While1 Voice PBX¶

Install softphone Zoiper¶

Download for free and install Zoiper 5: https://www.zoiper.com

View account's credentials in SETTINGS => PBX USERS

Set up ZOIPER by using account's credentials:¶

Step 1. Click on “Continue as a Free user”¶

Step 2. Add user's credentials as in the example user@demo-voice.while1.biz then click on LOGIN¶

Step 3. Fill in the PBX address as in the example: demo-voice.while1.bizand then click on NEXT¶

Step 4. Click on SKIP¶

Step 5. Wait for the green light and then click on NEXT¶

Zoiper 5xx - Edit While1 Voice account¶

Attention! - Check that you have the latest version installed (Zoiper 5)

Step 1. Click on Settings¶

Step 2. Click on Accounts¶

Step 3. To edit the account, follow these steps:¶

1. Click on the account that requires editing
2. Check if the authentication data is correct: Domain yourpbxname.while1.biz, Username and Password
3. Click on Register

Step 4. For additional settings, access the Advanced section.¶

Step 4.1 For users using Zoiper Pro¶

Attention! - If you have a PRO version of Zoiper 5 (the paid version) please uncheck the PUBLISH PRESENCE option which you can find in the Edit account -> Advanced -> Features section
