I cannot view user status statistics

If you do not have the option * Show status info: Yes / No * displayed, it means that the work schedule per project is missing, and the ONLINE / OFFLINE intervals assigned to each agent cannot be consulted.

For the Users performance report to work, two conditions must be met:

1. Users must have set the project they are associated to, from the user page.
2. All projects mus have the Schedule set.
