While1 Voice Notifier extension for Google Chrome¶

PLEASE NOTE! Please make sure your Chrome browser is up to date with the latest version.

Install the extension:¶

• Access the below link in order to install the extension for each agent separately:
  https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/while1-voice-notifier/gnlibeafgahnmcblbdbigabeaggnilio

• Click on Add to Chrome

• Click on Add extension

• Click on the icon in browser:

Fill in your data:¶

• In field PBX Hostname: add the link to VoIP software that was provided to you on email
  The link needs to be as companyname.while1.biz (E.g.: demo-voice.while1.biz)

• In field Username: add an username for the operator that uses that certain computer (E.g.: test-user1)

• Click on Save data

To successfully complete the extension installation, continue with Step 4.¶
