Call codes¶
Create codes¶
The PBX /Call codes section allows you to:- define your own Call Codes, which agents will associate with any incoming or outgoing call (e.g.: sale, complaint, etc.)
- group call codes into Groups
Atention!
- Changing the name of an existing call will lead to the alteration of statistics.
- Do not reuse IDs, it is preferable to delete them and define others.
- Fill in the fields as indicated in the interface.

Groups codes and display description codes¶
Section PBX /Call codes : Groups allows you to group call codes and select the display mode of the group description and the added call codes

- displays description in the form of tooltip, which will appear only to the mouse over on the sign ? beside call codes
- Inline - displays the description in line with the name of the call codes group

Code Calls¶
To use the codes defined in the section PBX / Call codes:
1. Acces Home / Dashboard / Latest calls, logged in as User and select your phone call and select your phone call¶

2. Pair the desired code¶
