Call codes¶
Create codes¶
This module allows you to define your own call codes; agents can link a call code to any inbound or outbound calls (e.g.: sales, claims etc.)
Changing the name of an existent call will alter the statistics.
Do not reuse the IDs. It is recommended to delete them and fill in new ones.
Fill in the fields according to the instructions.

Call coding¶
To use the codes defined in the Settings / Call codes section:
1. Go to Home / Dashboard / Latest calls, logged in as User and select the desired call¶
2. Associate the desired code¶
