Call codes

Create codes

The PBX /Call codes section allows you to:
  • define your own Call Codes, which agents will associate with any incoming or outgoing call (e.g.: sale, complaint, etc.)
  • group call codes into Groups

Atention!

  • Changing the name of an existing call will lead to the alteration of statistics.
  • Do not reuse IDs, it is preferable to delete them and define others.
  • Fill in the fields as indicated in the interface.

Groups codes and display description codes

Section PBX /Call codes : Groups allows you to group call codes and select the display mode of the group description and the added call codes

You can choose the display mode of the call codes group description by using the Description display field:
  • displays description in the form of tooltip, which will appear only to the mouse over on the sign ? beside call codes
  • Inline - displays the description in line with the name of the call codes group

  • Block - show description under call codes

  • Hide - it doesn't show the description at all

Code Calls

To use the codes defined in the section PBX / Call codes:

1. Acces Home / Dashboard / Latest calls, logged in as User and select your phone call and select your phone call

2. Pair the desired code
