Edit IVR - Edit menus / submenus¶

To disable a digit from the IVR follow these steps:

1. Access PBX / IVRs, then select the desired IVR and click on Edit menus¶

2. Check the menu/digit to be disabled¶

3. Click Build and reload PBX after save & SAVE (or Build and reload in the listing page)¶
