Call Recording¶

Use the below variable to control calls recording format:

monitor-format - use this variable to enable calls recording and to specify the file format used for storing the recorded calls.
The default value and the only one available for the moment is .wav. format
The call recording is initiated when the call is answered, but it won't start as long as the music on hold is still played.

The recorded conversations can be listened and downloaded from Reports/Call Detail Records.
