The CDR data soft delete grace period parameter defines per Project at what period of time from the moment of marking the items (CDR, call recordings) as deleted, they will be completely removed from the database (purged).

Setup steps:¶

1. Access Settings / Projects and choose the desired Project¶

2. Define the period of time after which the data scheduled for deletion will be deleted/anonymized¶

3. Click Update Project¶

The Name and phone number manually selected for deletion will be anonymized, and recordings will be permanently deleted at the end of the grace period defined by CDR data soft delete grace period.
