1. In order to identify and select calls for deletion, go to Settings / Data Management / Purge CDR data¶
2. Search by phone number and select call recordings to delete at a scheduled date¶
3. Click Soft delete CDR (anonymize in ...)¶
Name and Phone number data will be anonymized on a scheduled date set by the CDR data soft delete grace period parameter from Settings / Projects / Edit Project.
Linked conversations will be permanently deleted on the same date, defined by CDR data soft delete grace period parameter from Settings / Projects / Edit Project.
