CRM Purge settings¶

The parameter crm_data_soft_delete_grace_period in Settings / Parameters defines at what period of time from the moment of marking the CRM and Contacts (light) elements as deleted, they will be completely removed from the database (purged).

Setup steps:¶

1. Go to Settings / Parameters¶

2. Click crm_data_soft_delete_grace_period¶

3. Define the period of time after which the data scheduled for deletion will be permanently deleted¶

4. Click Save¶
